Northfield Clinics, healthcare, 2025
A booking system that replaced three phone lines
Patients book, reschedule and get reminders from their phone. Front-desk staff see the whole week on one screen and fill cancellations in minutes instead of hours.
Sixty-four projects since 2017. Here are six we’re allowed to talk about, from a clinic booking system to a lab that used to track samples on a whiteboard.

Kestrel Freight, logistics, 2025
Ninety drivers across the Pennines lose signal on half their routes. Photos and signatures are now saved on the device and sync when the signal returns, and the office no longer chases paper proofs on Monday mornings.
Plotwise, a seed-funded startup, 2024
Plotwise helps allotment societies run waiting lists and plot rentals. We built their first product, sat in on interviews for their first two engineers, and handed the codebase over in week sixteen.
Garnet Lane Laboratories, scientific testing, 2024
A soil and water testing lab was tracking 400 samples a day on a whiteboard and two spreadsheets. We built a barcode-driven tracker with a full audit trail that their accreditation assessor signed off at the first visit.
Calder Valley Housing, social housing, 2023
The portal had been built by an agency that closed, and deploys involved copying files over FTP. We moved it into the association’s own accounts, added tests, and rebuilt the reporting form so it works with a screen reader.
Brightwater Swim School, leisure, 2023
Termly enrolment used to crash the old site at 7pm on the Sunday it opened. We built a queue, a waiting list that offers spaces automatically, and a checkout that takes under a minute on a phone.
Organisations of 10 to 500 people, usually without an in-house engineering team, often in sectors where a mistake has real consequences.
Clinics, therapy practices and home-care providers. We’re used to clinical safety reviews and data protection impact assessments.
Couriers, hauliers and maintenance firms whose staff spend the day away from a desk and a decent signal.
Housing associations, charities and membership bodies, where accessibility isn’t optional and budgets are watched closely.
